With the UK Government building on the ten point action plan for a green industrial revolution, its ambition is to create 5GW of low carbon hydrogen production capacity by 2030. To do this, the industry will need to retrofit and build new infrastructure, unlock private investment to boost final investment decisions and explore ways to secure a sustainable hydrogen economy.
This one-day conference will bring a wide range of stakeholders responsible for delivering the UK’s hydrogen objectives. Practical ways in which we can produce and distribute hydrogen successfully will be discused.
Split into four sections; we’re looking for industry experts to contribute to the following:
- Aligning public and private investment to secure a hydrogen economy
- Building for Success: Working collaboratively to build a network of hydrogen production, storage and distribution and infrastructure to be required
- Competitive Future: Scaling up technology to create a more robust business case and improve final investment decisions
- Unlocking barriers to growth and identifying core off-takers of low carbon hydrogen
